1、CIP internal cleaningThe previous closed beverage filling system is still dominated by manual disassembly and cleaning. Now for industries that need to clean  their processes frequently, the emergence of CIP is an essential  time-saving technology. CIP was also manually operated at the beginning, requiring a balance tank, centrifugal pump, and connection to the system to be cleaned. Since the 1950s, CIP has developed into a fully automatic programmable logic controller system. CIP is the process of disinfecting the oil filling machine to avoid contamination of bacteria when producing beverages for human consumption. The design principles include the following.
Provide solutions with high turbulence and high flow rate to achieve good cleaning results.
The solution is provided as a low-energy spray to completely wet the surface.
Provide high-energy impact spray.
High temperature and chemical cleaners can also be used to enhance the cleaning effect.
Control the sterilization time and temperature to ensure the final effect. Also, avoid excessive sterilization time or high temperature, reduce liquid oxidation, and cool as soon as possible after sterilization so that the temperature does not exceed 35°C. In order to avoid temperature changes causing fluctuations in the working environment.

COP (external cleaning)

SIP (Internal Sterilization)

Intelligent heating system: The infrared lamp is used to penetrate the preform for heating, so that the preform can be stretched more evenly and has high transparency; imported reflective mirror aluminum plate is installed inside to make full use of the heat energy of the lamp, shorten the heating time, reduce energy consumption, and increase production capacity. And each lamp tube on each layer can adjust the temperature individually, and adjust up and down, back and forth according to the customer's different tube blanks. The intelligent ventilation system can fully keep the temperature inside the heating box constant.


Servo clamping system: The clamping system is driven by a servo motor and driven by a mechanical link. The mold and the bottom mold are synchronously clamped by a servo motor. The back of the mold base is equipped with a high-pressure booster plate and high-pressure mold clamping, which effectively reduces the visibility of the mold clamping line of the finished bottle and ensures the quality of the bottle. The mold adopts a drawer structure, which is easy to replace the mold, and the operator can complete it within half an hour.


Servo stretching system: The servo motor drives the stretching system, the servo motor drives the gear rack to stretch, and the self-developed photoelectric limit and mechanical limit double guarantee mode prevents the stretching rod from touching the bottom mold, and the cycle time of the first blow and the second blow All can be adjusted individually on the console. According to different preforms and different bottle types of customers, the stretching rod can be adjusted automatically, with high flexibility.

There is a cooling water channel under the heating box. When the preform is heated, the cooling water channel is used to block the heat of the lamp tube. There is a cold air system under the cooling water channel to cool the bottle mouth and protect the tooth mouth from deformation. Chilled water leads to the mold, which cools the mold quickly and improves the production efficiency of the whole machine.
