Step 2
Solution Design
● The technical team will conduct in-depth discussions with the customer to clarify their detailed requirements. If an on-site inspection is required, we will arrange for a visit to survey the workshop layout.
● A customized solution will be developed based on the customer's needs, including an equipment list, production line layout, capacity estimation, and quotation. The customer will be provided with detailed solution details and adjustments will be made based on their feedback.
Step 3
Contract Signing and Advance Payment
● After both parties confirm the solution is correct, a formal cooperation contract will be signed, clarifying the rights and obligations of both parties, delivery timelines, and service content.
● The customer will pay the advance payment, and the factory will begin equipment production.
Step 4
Equipment Production and Acceptance
● The factory will organize production according to the contract requirements and provide regular feedback to the customer on production progress.
● Upon completion of equipment production, the customer will be invited to conduct an on-site acceptance inspection or provide an acceptance video/photo. Upon confirmation, the customer will make an interim payment.
Step 5
Installation and Commissioning
● The factory will arrange for an installation team to visit the customer's site to install the equipment, connect pipelines, and commission the system according to the established plan.
● After commissioning is complete, trial production will be conducted to ensure that production capacity, accuracy, and other indicators meet the contract requirements. The customer will then pay the final payment after confirmation and acceptance.
Step 6
Operation Training
● The installation team will provide hands-on training to the customer's operators and technicians, covering equipment operation, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting.
● After the training is complete, ensure that the relevant personnel can operate the equipment independently.
Step 7
After-Sales Operation and Maintenance
After equipment delivery, the long-term after-sales operation and maintenance phase will begin, providing 24-hour response to customer needs.
