Step 1
Water treatment
Water treatment machine is used for water of carbonated drink beverage factory production line.
It is mainly composed of the following equipment s: Per-treatment system (water tank, mufti-medium filter, active carbon filter, nonexchangeable, millimetre filter), membrane separation system (ultra filter, nanometre filter, RO system), electrodes device, sterilization system (UV device, ozone device), product water tank and so on.
Blow molding
Carbonated drinking water bottle blowing machine is a linear bottle blowing machine which is developed and researched by the most advanced bottom making technology in the current world and molded through blowing PET(Polyethylene Terepthalate)by high pressure compressed gas. PVC sleeve shrink labeling machine part adopts combination designing of modulation, and makes the machine reasonable. The height adjustment adopts motor fluctuating; It is convenient to replace the material. The special cutter head designing, make the film-rolling cut more exactly and reliably.
OPP hot melt labeling machine applied for volume label/ hot glue/ OPP/ BOPP/ paper label non-stop labeling production, the machine adopts local glue type to reduce the glue consummation and working cost.
