Full Automatic PET bottle Beverage Juice Soda Water Washing Filling Capping Machine
This series is a unique design combining the three machines of bottle washing,filling and capping in one to decrease main power,to save space and to diminish the air pollution among the three machines. It is applicable for juice and tea drinks filled in plastic bottles and capped with plastic caps,with optional capacity from 1000 BPH to 25000 BPH. It uses frequency changer to control the main machine motor. And it has an output number indicating function which is easy to control the adjustment of the output.

◉ Full filling is to avoid bottles from sinking after the bottles cooling off, and to decrease dissolved oxygen to the utmost

◉ Reasonable structured storage hopper an material supply system keep material in the constant flow speed, constant pressure and without frothing. Usually high position tank is adopted.
