And each lamp tube on each layer can adjust the temperature individually, and adjust up and down, back and forth according to the customer's different tube blanks. The intelligent ventilation system can fully keep the temperature inside the heating box constant.


Servo clamping system: The clamping system is driven by a servo motor and driven by a mechanical link. The mold and the bottom mold are synchronously clamped by a servo motor. The back of the mold base is equipped with a high-pressure booster plate and high-pressure mold clamping, which effectively reduces the visibility of the mold clamping line of the finished bottle and ensures the quality of the bottle. The mold adopts a drawer structure, which is easy to replace the mold, and the operator can complete it within half an hour.


Servo stretching system: The servo motor drives the stretching system, the servo motor drives the gear rack to stretch, and the self-developed photoelectric limit and mechanical limit double guarantee mode prevents the stretching rod from touching the bottom mold, and the cycle time of the first blow and the second blow All can be adjusted individually on the console. According to different preforms and different bottle types of customers, the stretching rod can be adjusted automatically, with high flexibility.


Human-machine operating system: Longxin blow molding machine has a high degree of intelligence and is simple and convenient to operate. It adopts Chinese and English color touch screen, has perfect monitoring and induction settings, and has functions such as fault diagnosis display, automatic calculation report, memory storage, etc., which can control the production status of the equipment at all times.


Cooling/chilled water circulation system: The cooling and heating head device independently developed by Longxin Company ensures the cooling of the heating head after the bottle is released. There is a cooling water channel under the heating box. When the preform is heated, the cooling water channel is used to block the heat of the lamp tube. There is a cold air system under the cooling water channel to cool the bottle mouth and protect the tooth mouth from deformation. Chilled water leads to the mold, which cools the mold quickly and improves the production efficiency of the whole machine.
